A cheap hotel, my first choice in Sofia. The room was non-smoking, it had free wi-fi. The folks were affable. It was in a very central setting very close to a big supermarket.

Tasty, perfect breakfast with amazing choice, had excellent food. Very central location short walk to shops and tram 5 and Sofia, it was in a pretty nice area.
